Job Overview Servpro of N. Kanawha and Teays Valley is Hiring an Shop Foreman. This position offers hourly pay with the potential to earn between $40,000 and $50,000 annually, depending on hours worked and performance incentives. Paid vacation and paid time off amount to over 4 weeks per year. We are often the first people on the scene after someone has a major disaster in their home, and a huge part of that is our equipment. We are seeking a dependable and experienced Shop Foreman to oversee the maintenance, repair, organization, and readiness of our restoration equipment. This role is responsible for ensuring all equipment is operational, repaired, clean, tested, and ready for deployment on emergency mitigation and reconstruction projects. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, organized, proactive, and capable of leading shop operations while maintaining high standards for safety, accountability, and efficiency. Read on for more info. Most days, the hours are 7:30-4 Monday through Friday, but since we are a growing team, there are times we have to stay a little late to get done what we need to.
