Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Shop Manager / Foreman to lead our service team and oversee daily shop operations. This role combines hands-on mechanical expertise with leadership responsibilities, ensuring repairs are completed efficiently, accurately, and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily workflow of technicians and shop staff Assign jobs based on skill level and workload to maximize efficiency Diagnose complex mechanical issues and assist technicians as needed Ensure all repairs meet quality and safety standards Maintain shop productivity and meet turnaround time goals Monitor inventory levels and coordinate parts ordering when necessary

Qualifications:

5+ years of automotive repair experience (lead or supervisory role preferred) Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills Proven leadership and team management abilities Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities Valid driver's license and clean driving record ASE certifications preferred (but not required) Handle customer concerns or escalations when needed
