Telephone Sales Representative

Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Telephone Sales Representative to join our sales team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for many of our customers, handling inbound and outbound calls, generating leads, and setting appointments for our sales staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers using provided leads Handle inbound inquiries and provide information about available vehicles Qualify leads and identify customer needs Schedule appointments for in-person visits with sales consultants Follow up with previous customers and unsold leads Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in CRM system Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and appointment targets

Qualifications:

Previous sales, telemarketing, or customer service experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls Ability to build rapport quickly over the phone Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset

Pay:

$24.39 - $29.37 per hour
