This may include, but not limited to, giving information on the facility, products and services, assisting with reservations, and collecting payments. This role may also be referred to as Member Services Specialist.

Hours:

Wednesday to Sunday 2pm to 10pm - depending on customer needs Essential Duties and Responsibilities Safely operate any vehicle for the department's shuttle fleet (mid-size to high capacity vehicles) for extended periods of timePrepare and update shuttle logs, incident reports, and End of Shift ReportsOperate multiple communication systems including: Microsoft Outlook, VIOP Phones, Cellphones, and UHF/VHF Radio systemsEducate the customer regarding the property, surrounding area, events and local attractionsCollaborate with multiple departments in a professional matterConduct regularly scheduled inspection and maintenance of shuttle vehiclesFollow and comply with all directions given by dispatcher on shiftPolitely enforce MARSEC (Maritime Security) standards, policies, and proceduresRespond to emerging customer needs without sacrificing safety.
