Simulator Operator

Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Simulator Operator to join our dynamic team and help deliver an exciting, immersive racing experience for guests of all skill levels. In this role, you will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining advanced racing simulator systems that provide realistic, high-performance driving experiences. The Simulator Operator will ensure smooth day-to-day simulator operations by assisting customers, troubleshooting technical issues, managing race sessions, and maintaining a safe and engaging environment. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced entertainment setting. Duties Greet customers and provide excellent customer service. Promote and sell racing simulator experiences and memberships. Assist customers with simulator setup, seating, controls, and race selection. Monitor simulator sessions to ensure smooth operation and customer satisfaction. Troubleshoot basic simulator or equipment issues as needed. Maintain cleanliness of simulators by wiping down equipment after each use. Keep the facility clean, organized, and presentable throughout the shift. Perform end-of-shift cleaning duties and closing tasks. Qualifications 3-5 years of customer service experience in hospitality, entertainment, retail, gaming, or a related industry. Excellent troubleshooting skills combined with the ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments. Excellent communication and people skills. Positive, energetic, and team-oriented attitude. Dependable and punctual. Fast learner who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable working with guests of all ages and group sizes. Interest in gaming, racing, or entertainment is a plus.

Pay:

$25.00 per hour
