1st & 2nd Shift Opportunities Available Hire Sync is hiring Machine Operators for a growing manufacturing facility in Valley City. We are currently hiring for multiple openings across both shifts.

What You'll Do:

Operate metal stamping punch press equipment to produce quality metal stampings Perform in-process inspections following control plans and quality standards Use gauges and measuring tools as required Collect SPC (Statistical Process Control) data when needed Monitor production to ensure parts remain within specification Report non-conforming parts or production issues to supervisors immediately Coordinate with material handlers for scrap removal and product movement Track labor time and production counts accurately within work order systems Perform basic press safety checks and verify tool readiness before operation Maintain production standards and run rates while working safely

What We're Looking For:

Previous manufacturing, machine operation, stamping press, or production experience preferred Ability to communicate effectively in English Reliable transportation required Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs Comfortable standing for extended periods throughout the shift Ability to bend, reach, push, and pull materials in a production environment Must wear required personal protective equipment on the shop floor Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety Ability to stay focused and attend to machinery during operation
