Site Maintenance Worker

Job Summary:

Monticello Motor Club, a premier automotive country club located in Monticello, NY is seeking a full time year round Site Maintenance Worker to join our team. We are looking for someone skilled in general maintenance work involving all aspects of on-site building maintenance, both internal and external. The role includes basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, snow removal, building of tire walls, etc. Having mechanical knowledge of equipment is helpful.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Inspects and identifies equipment or machines in need of repair.
• Troubleshoots issues to determine necessary repairs.
• Performs general repairs that do not require a specialized technician. Examples may include repairing drywall, painting, and repairing doors and other building fixtures.
• Performs routine maintenance on building systems.
• Cleans and assists with upkeep of the facilities.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Ability to follow instructions from supervisors or senior maintenance workers.
• Knowledge of general carpentry and repair.
• Ability to use hand tools and power tools.

Physical Requirements:

All candidates will be subject to a complete background screening prior to employment and must have a valid driver's license

Pay:

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
