This is a full-time W-2 position based on-site in Jeffersonville, Ohio. Key Responsibilities Daily Site Safety Oversight

  • Identify hazards in real time, issue corrective directions to subcontractor foremen, and document with photos

  • Author daily IPI reports (Executive Summary, personnel headcount by contractor, work areas covered, hazards observed, corrective actions taken, near misses)
  • Maintain a clean paper trail for client EHS audit cold-reads — accurate personnel counts, framing of contractor vs. subcontractor scope, and incident chronology
  • Submit weekly safety performance summaries to Solis PM and client EHS team Subcontractor & Trade Coordination
  • Coordinate safety expectations with subcontractor safety leads (piping, electrical, insulation, etc.)
  • Review JHAs, Cable Pulling Plans, Disciplinary Action Plans, and Re-training documents before high-risk activities

  • Participate in pre-task planning meetings and toolbox talks Electrical Safety Oversight

OSHA 29 CFR 1926
standards, NFPA 70E, and client EHS site rules consistently across all trades
  • Track training rosters, OSHA 10/30 cards, NFPA 70E qualified person designations, and site-specific orientation completion
