Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Site Safety Manager to lead safety initiatives for. Pre-cast contractor on a data center project. CHST is mandatory. $45-50 per Hour and $125 per day per diem on 7 days. In this vital role, you will champion a safety-first culture by implementing comprehensive risk management strategies, ensuring occupational health standards are met, and maintaining strict compliance with industry regulations. Your expertise will help foster a secure environment for all team members, contractors, and visitors, while supporting the successful delivery of construction projects on time and within safety guidelines. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a tangible impact on site safety performance and overall project success. Duties Develop, implement, and oversee site-specific safety plans aligned with OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration). Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify hazards and implement corrective actions promptly. Manage incident investigations, prepare detailed reports, and recommend measures to prevent recurrence. Monitor construction activities to ensure adherence to safety protocols using construction management software tools. Collaborate with project managers to integrate safety into daily operations and ensure compliance management across all phases of construction. Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, incident reports, training logs, and regulatory documentation for audit readiness. Experience Proven experience in construction management with a strong focus on site safety leadership in complex construction environments. Extensive knowledge of OSHA regulations, workers' compensation processes, risk management strategies, and occupational health standards. Familiarity with NEC standards relevant to electrical installations on construction sites. Demonstrated ability to manage compliance programs effectively using construction management software tools. Prior experience conducting safety training sessions and leading incident investigations. Strong understanding of EHS principles applied within the construction industry. Construction site experience with a track record of fostering safe work environments through proactive risk mitigation measures.
