What You'll Do:

Works with the Facility Managers to fix and upgrade any equipment not up to standard Maintains safety and maintenance records on facilities and equipment ensuring they meet and exceed legislation Works to maintain and encourage a safe environment through employee training and management

What You'll Bring:

2+ years related experience in a safety or operation environment Basic Computer skills Ability to work well alone and with others in a team-oriented environment Must have the ability to interface effectively with others so that information is professionally communicated Excellent written communication skills, presentation skills and the ability to train others Ability to maintain confidentiality; uses time effectively; attention to detail; well organized with ability to prioritize and be flexible Prompt and regular attendance and safe work performance Travel and training may be required Understand and comply with all company policies and procedures and government regulations Valid driver's license Spanish is a Plus Field experience in Pesticides QA Certification is a

The salary range for this role, in Rosalia, WA location, is between $80,168.40 - $85,000.00. While we provide this range as general guidance, several factors are taken into consideration when making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, candidate skill set, experience and training, licensure and certifications, work location, and other business and organizational needs. Actual salary and benefits may differ based upon location. We provide an attractive benefits package that includes comprehensive medical, dental, vision coverage, and life insurance and well as disability coverage for positions working more than 30 hours per week.
