Site Supervisor - Janitorial

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Janitorial Site Supervisor to oversee daily operations at a customer account and clean an area within the facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of cleaning and maintenance practices. This role is crucial in ensuring that our sites are maintained to the highest standards, providing a clean and safe environment for all employees and visitors. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate cleaning staff to ensure effective execution of daily tasks. Conduct regular inspections of facilities to maintain cleanliness and address any maintenance issues. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies in all cleaning operations. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary. Provide training and support to staff on proper cleaning techniques and equipment usage. Manage custodial tasks for both commercial and residential properties as required. Collaborate with other departments to ensure facility needs are met efficiently. Perform cleaning functions on a daily basis
