Essential Elements:

Print The Dinuba Unified School District teacher, under the direct supervision of the Site Principal plans and supervises work of assigned classified or student personnel. An elementary teacher creates a flexible elementary grade program and a classroom environment favorable to learning and personal growth; to establish effective rapport with pupils; to motivate pupils to develop skills, attitudes, and knowledge needed to provide a good foundation for upper elementary grade education, in accordance to each pupil's ability; to establish productive and positive relationships with parents and with other staff members.

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Possess valid Multiple Subject, General, Standard Elementary, or other credential authorizing service at the elementary level. 2. Appropriate documentation authorizing instruction to English language learners 3. Two to three years of successful elementary and/or preschool Classroom experience is preferred.
