Skid Steer/Dozer Operator Up to $25.00 Per Hr

We are currently hiring experienced Skid Steer and Dozer Operators to join our growing team. A Prominent Hardscape & Excavation Company a full-service excavation, concrete, and hardscape contractor based in Riceville, TN. We serve homeowners and contractors throughout TN and surrounding areas, specializing in land clearing, site prep, retaining walls, driveways, patios, and drainage solutions.

Responsibilities:

Operate skid steer and/or dozer safely and efficiently Perform land clearing, grading, excavation, and site preparation Assist with installation of retaining walls, driveways, and drainage systems Read grade stakes and follow site plans when applicable Conduct daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance Work closely with foreman and crew to complete projects on time

Qualifications:

Experience operating skid steer and/or dozer required Ability to grade and perform finish work preferred Knowledge of excavation and site prep processes Strong attention to safety and detail Reliable transportation and strong work ethic Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
