Laborer / Equipment Operator (Civil Site Work)

Full-Time About the Position We are seeking a motivated and hardworking Laborer / Equipment Operator (Labor/OP) to join our civil site work crew in St. George. Key Responsibilities Operate construction equipment such as: Front-end loaders Skid steers Mini excavators Rollers Haul trucks Assist with general site labor tasks, including grading, material handling, and job site preparation Support crews with pipe installation (storm, sewer, and water systems) Follow site safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment Work as part of a team to meet project deadlines and quality standards Qualifications Experience operating construction equipment is preferred but not required (the more experience, the better) Experience with underground utilities / pipe work (storm, sewer, water) is a strong plus Ability to perform physical labor in outdoor conditions Willingness to learn, take direction, and grow within the company Strong work ethic, reliability, and team-oriented mindset Valid driver's license preferred What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Full benefits package (medical, dental, vision) 401(k) with company participation Long-term, stable work on a major project Opportunities for advancement and career growth How to Apply If you're looking for a long-term opportunity in civil construction with room to grow, we want to hear from you. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
