Job Description

We are looking for a dependable, motivated Machine Operator who takes pride in producing quality work and enjoys being part of a hands-on manufacturing team. If you like working with precision equipment, learning new skills, and seeing the results of your work firsthand, this could be a great fit.

This is a full-time, hourly position with a consistent four-day workweek and a strong benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, paid holidays, and company-paid life insurance.

This role is performed in a manufacturing environment and regularly involves exposure to moving mechanical parts, vibration, and loud noise levels. Work is performed in a non-air-conditioned shop environment. Employees are required to wear appropriate personal protective equipment, including safety shoes and safety glasses.

The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and push or pull materials using a pallet jack. The employee is regularly required to reach with hands and arms, including overhead, and to use hands for handling, positioning, and operating equipment. The employee is required to stand for extended periods, up to 4 hours. The employee may occasionally be required to walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
