Skilled Tradesman

We are seeking a skilled and versatile Tradesman to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various trades, including carpentry, masonry, roofing, plumbing, electrical work, etc. A commitment to high quality workmanship is essential. Duties Perform a variety of construction tasks such as framing, drywall installation, concrete forming and finishing, masonry, basic machine operations, and tile laying Operate power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently to complete assigned tasks Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to ensure accurate project execution Install doors, cabinets, trim carpentry, , caulking, and other finishing elements Manage demolition or restoration work as needed for remodeling or repair projects Coordinate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining high-quality standards Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout each project phase Skills Extensive experience with hand tools, power tools Skilled in various trades including carpentry (frame carpentry, trim carpentry), masonry (concrete forming, finishing), roofing, plumbing (fixture installation), electrical (basic wiring), plastering, fabrication, tile laying, flooring installation, cabinet installation, restoration work, drywall finishing (construction painting), caulking and sealing (caulking), masonry work, remodeling projects Ability to read technical drawings such as schematics and blueprints accurately Experience with construction site safety protocols and inspection procedures Knowledge of construction materials including concrete, plastering compounds Candidates should demonstrate adaptability across multiple trades while maintaining safety and craftsmanship as top priorities. Must have basic tools.

Pay:

$24.21 - $29.16 per hour
