Slitter/Laminator Operator

Job Title:

Set Up Operator (Slitter/Laminator) Overview Join a fast paced, clean manufacturing environment running slitting and converting equipment that supports high quality production. This role is hands on with machine setups, changeovers, and quality control, with strong opportunities to grow your skills. Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate slitting and converting machines based on production orders
• Perform changeovers including knife setup, tension adjustments, and alignment
• Monitor product quality including slit widths, roll quality, and defects
• Troubleshoot minor machine issues and support maintenance as needed
• Use measuring tools such as micrometers and calipers to verify tolerances
• Review job specs, artwork, and layouts to ensure accurate production
• Maintain quality standards and follow GMP and safety procedures What You Bring
• Experience operating slitting, converting, or similar machinery
• Ability to perform setups, adjustments, and basic troubleshooting
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Experience reading product layouts or production specifications
• Familiarity with measuring tools and quality checks
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple factors during production Nice to Have
• Experience with wide web flexographic printing
• Knowledge of print quality standards and color verification tools

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.97 - $22.97/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
