Job Description

Job Purpose or Objective(s): The Slot Supervisor ensures the efficiency of Slot Floor Operations and ensures that excellent service is provided to our guests. You will report to the Casino General Manager/Slot Manager/Slot Shift Manager.
Pay Rate:
$11.38 per hour + Tips (Avg. Tip Rate $3.95) | Full-Time | Tuesday - Thursday, 3p-11:30p, Friday & Saturday, 11p-7:30a (OFF Monday & Tuesday) Weekly Earned Wage Access is an option for this position.
Primary Tasks:
1. You will maintain security/procedures according to rules. 2. Audit/Inspect work of your team to ensure standards are met. 3. Replenish thermal paper, fixing printer jams and bill acceptor malfunctions. 4. Input jackpots on the floor. 5. You will pay winners by promptly responding to winning customers, processing hand pays, assisting the Slot Attendant in processing jackpot/paperwork, and assisting with Title 31 transaction requirements following established procedures. 6. Be available on short notice for staff replacement. 7. Train new hires and incumbents to perform job tasks. 8. Maintain positive working relationship with all departments/staff. 9. You will immediately resolve customer/employee/management concerns. 10. Perform other duties as may be assigned.
