Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Speech-Language Pathologist - School-Based (3 Openings) Elkton, Maryland Next School Year | Onsite Soliant is seeking Speech-Language Pathologists for three full-time contract openings with a K-12 caseload in the Elkton area. This opportunity offers a stable school-year schedule supporting a diverse student population across elementary, middle, and high school settings.

Position Overview:

3 full-time openings K-12 caseload Onsite only School district details will be disclosed upon candidate qualification.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct speech and language therapy services across K-12 students Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals Conduct evaluations and participate in eligibility meetings Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines

Qualifications:

Active Maryland Speech-Language Pathologist license ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred Strong communication and collaboration skills School-based experience preferred

Experience & Education:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required Prior K-12 school-based experience preferred

Work Hours:

Full-time school schedule (approx. 37.5-40 hours/week)

Employment Type:

Contract - W2

Compensation:

$51+/hour DOE (average ~$54/hour, depending on years of experience)
