Job Description

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) with a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) is sought for a contract position in a school setting located in Coalinga, CA. This role focuses on providing specialized speech and language services to support student communication development.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments to identify speech, language, and communication disorders Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students Collaborate with educators, parents, and other specialists to support student progress Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school and regulatory guidelines Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings as required
Qualifications:
Valid Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) Experience working in school environments preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple cases effectively and provide tailored therapy
