Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Make a meaningful difference in students' lives by bringing your expertise as an SLP to a vibrant educational setting. You'll play a key role in supporting children's communication needs and collaborating with dedicated professionals to foster an inclusive and engaging learning environment.
Key Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) Valid state licensure (or eligibility) for Wisconsin Experience providing assessments, developing IEPs, and delivering therapy in school settings preferred Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
Responsibilities:
Conduct screenings, evaluations, and individualized assessments of students' speech and language skills Develop and implement therapy plans aligned with students' IEP goals Collaborate with teachers, families, and other service providers to support student progress Document student performance and maintain compliance with district, state, and federal requirements Provide consultative services for general education staff on communication strategies Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and professional development as needed Enjoy the benefits of a contract role that allows you to focus on the rewarding work of supporting student growth while working with a supportive school community.
