Schedule:
13-week assignment 36 guaranteed hours per week Night shifts: Rotating 12- and 8-hour shifts (6:30 PM-7:00 AM or 6:30 AM-3:00 PM) Every 2nd or 3rd weekend requiredMinimum Requirements:
Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) with a current WI license Minimum 3 years of experience in critical care respiratory settings Recent NICU experience requiredCertifications:
ACLS, BLS
(must be attached upon application) Recent EPIC charting experience (within past 12 months) Must be adaptable, resilient, and a strong communicator Covid-19 vaccination required unless exempt per medical/religious groundsKey Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional respiratory care to critical care and NICU patients Float between assigned units and additional facilities as needed (never outside core clinical competencies) Adapt to evolving care needs and demonstrate flexibility during high-acuity situations Practice within current protocols and patient safety standardsBenefits & Perks:
