We pride ourselves on delivering competitive pricing, reliable service, and personalized support to our customers. Job Summary We're looking for a driven and outgoing Small Business Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you'll spend your time in the field visiting local businesses, building relationships, and helping customers find the right supply solutions for their operations. If you enjoy face-to-face selling, creating new business, and having control over your earnings, this is a great opportunity. What You'll Do Visit local businesses daily to prospect and generate new accounts Build relationships with business owners, office managers, and decision-makers Sell office supplies, janitorial, and sanitation products Identify customer needs and recommend cost-effective solutions Present pricing, promotions, and product options Manage your sales pipeline and track activity Close new business and grow existing accounts Provide excellent follow-up and customer service What We're Looking For 1+ year of sales experience (B2B or outside sales preferred) Strong communication and people skills Self-motivated with a "go-getter" attitude Comfortable with in-person cold calling and daily local travel Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Compensation & Benefits Base salary + uncapped commission Mileage reimbursement (or car allowance, company car if applicable) Ongoing training and support Opportunity to grow with a fast-growing company
