Small Parts Assembler

Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Small Parts Assembler to assemble high-quality musical instrument components. This position is ideal for individuals with strong hand-eye coordination, good concentration, and a passion for careful, high-precision work. As an Assembler, you will play a crucial role in the production process by assembling components and ensuring that products meet quality standards. Responsibilities Assemble components and parts according to specifications Inspect components for defects and proper alignment Utilize hand tools and machinery to fabricate products efficiently Conduct quality control checks on assembled products Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines Maintain a clean and organized workstation Package finished parts as needed Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors Qualifications Proven experience in assembly or manufacturing roles is a plus, but not required — we will train the right person Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Ability to work well in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
