This role involves setup, operation, inspection, and optimization of SMT equipment to ensure high-quality production in accordance with industry standards. Key Responsibilities Perform screen printing of solder paste and verify proper application Set up, operate, and monitor SMT equipment, including: Pick and Place machines Reflow ovens Stencil printers Inspection scopes Conduct 3D AOI (Automated Optical Inspection) and perform programming (preferred) Perform X-ray inspection of board assemblies Validate and adjust SMT programs during initial production runs Inspect assemblies for correct component values, placement, and orientation Perform equipment setup and teardown as required Follow all quality procedures and

workmanship standards Qualifications Minimum 5 years of SMT operator experience Hands-on experience with full SMT production line equipment
