• 12:00 AM ET) . This role reports directly to the SMT Manufacturing Manager. Second shift candidates must be able to train on first shift for 2-4 weeks from 6:00 AM ET
• 3:30 PM ET.

Responsibilities Set up and operate automated SMT equipment including placement machine, screen printer, and Oven. Perform off-line review from Automated Optical Inspection (AOI). Load and unload parts to tables and feeders. Operate CCA washer. Follow printed work instructions. Read and build assembly drawing along with MWI. Handle small precision tools, hardware, etc. Follow RoHS requirements. Properly sign in on correct PIDs, complete ESD testing, and follow all manufacturing guidelines and procedures. Maintain a neat appearance in their work area, reducing FOD when possible. Interpret IPC-A-610 and

standards for acceptability and customer specifications. Keep team lead informed of any build issues. Shall be accountable for quality, quantity, and inspection of all work performed. standards The hourly pay range for this role is $22.59 to $28.87 USD along with a target incentive compensation plan (ICP) of 3% . Once training is completed on 1st shift, employee is eligible for an additional $1.50 per hour shift differential once moved to 2nd shift. The pay range provided is a good faith estimate representative of the experience level for the role described above.
