$100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
Schedule:

Education Requirements Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Facilities Management, Space Planning, or a related field preferred. Experience Requirements Experience in workplace planning, corporate interior design, space management, or facilities planning. Strong AutoCAD proficiency required. Experience managing office redesign, renovation, or construction projects. Knowledge of ADA requirements, building codes, and workplace standards. Ability to manage multiple projects, budgets, and stakeholder relationships simultaneously. Job Duties Support a long-term, 5-year project focused on designing and planning the interior layout of a corporate headquarters in Costa Mesa, CA. Develop and maintain office layouts, floor plans, and seating assignments using AutoCAD. Plan and optimize workspace utilization to support company growth and operational needs. Coordinate office moves, relocations, and workplace redesign initiatives. Manage furniture planning, purchasing, installation, and vendor relationships. Lead planning activities related to renovations and construction projects. Monitor occupancy and space utilization data to improve workplace efficiency. Ensure compliance with ADA requirements, building codes, and workplace standards. Track project timelines, budgets, and deliverables. Collaborate with Facilities, Real Estate, IT, HR, Security, and external vendors. Serve as the subject matter expert for workplace planning and corporate interior design. Physical Capabilities Ability to walk office spaces and construction areas as needed. Ability to review blueprints, floor plans, and design documents. Ability to attend project meetings and conduct site visits. Ability to occasionally lift and move design samples or materials.
