Performs analyses in support of planning studies, such as collection, organization, analysis, and presentation of data. Assists higher level planners or Director in the project planning process related to potential capital projects, physical planning, and environmental planning. Works on routine capital projects and environmental analyses. Participates in collaborative building and program planning that involves committees and workshops. Assesses existing planning related processes and practices and makes recommendations for improvement. Responsible for the development of planning analyses related to the campus' physical and capital development, along with the preparation of simple program and project documents and funding proposals. The full salary range for this position is $68,500.00 - $121,900.00 annually. However, the expected pay scale for this position is up to $95,000.00 annually. We base salary offers on a variety of considerations, such as education, licensure and certifications, experience, and other business and organizational needs. An assessment may be required as part of the selection process. Applicants must have current work authorization when accepting a UCR staff position. Currently, we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa for staff. As a University employee, you will be required to comply with all applicable University policies and/or collective bargaining agreements, as may be amended from time to time. Federal, state, or local government directives may impose additional requirements. degree Bachelor's degree in related area and/or equivalent experience/training. Required experience 2 - 4 years of related experience. Required Travel to other U.C. campuses or UC Office of the President occasionally for business meetings and workshops. Assess a variety of indoor and outdoor spaces common at major research universities, such as research, instruction and agriculture. required Required Thorough working knowledge/skill in city planning, architecture, or other planning-related fields.
