COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
The City of Dunnellon is seeking a qualified Community Development/CRA Manager to lead and support planning, redevelopment, and community growth initiatives. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Urban Planning, Business Administration, Public Administration, Management, or a related field, along with a minimum of three (3) years of experience in land use planning, building and development services, engineering, community development, grant development, or a closely related area. An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be considered in lieu of the stated requirements. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to help guide the future growth and development of a historic and thriving community. The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $60,000 to $83,621, depending on qualifications and experience (DOQ).
