We are seeking a Senior Lab Planner to lead the planning and design of innovative laboratory environments that support scientific research, operational excellence, and client success. In this role, you will partner with clients and multidisciplinary teams to develop strategic planning solutions, guide laboratory programming and equipment planning, and mentor junior lab planning professionals. Job Responsibilities:

• Lead client programming workshops to identify lab needs, scientific workflows, operational patterns, and equipment requirements
• Serve as the primary point of coordination between planning concepts, equipment strategies, and MEP system requirements
• Oversee and guide the work of Lab Planner I and II team members; provide mentorship, coaching, and quality control
• Evaluate and maintain internal lab standards, data resources, and best practices across the team
• Provide thought leadership on trends in research, equipment, safety, and regulatory requirements

Job Duties:

• Develop critical early planning deliverables such as Basis of Design documents, spatial programs, planning diagrams, and equipment strategies
• Shape planning concepts, lab organization, and service distribution strategies-and ensure they carry through SD, DD, and CDs
• Represent the lab-planning discipline in client me.
