The City of Gardner Department of Community Development & Planning is seeking a full-time Conservation and Planning Agent. Working under the general supervision of the Director of Community Development & Planning (the "Director") this position will provide skilled administrative and professional services in the execution of Conservation Commission decisions and policies for the City of Gardner, with specific attention paid to the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act and the Gardner Wetlands Protection Ordinance. Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in relevant field of study. Three (3) years, or more, experience in planning, conservation and/or enforcement of municipal ordinances on a professional level. Additional educational qualifications in a relevant field may be substituted for work experience on a year for year basis.
