Position Summary Provide strategic leadership for the planning, development, and execution of complex real estate and construction projects from project conception through occupancy. Direct all phases of the development process, including site evaluation, feasibility analysis, entitlement, design, budgeting, financing coordination, construction oversight, sustainability initiatives, and stakeholder engagement. Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, consultants, public agencies, and community partners to deliver projects that align with organizational goals, financial objectives, regulatory requirements, and quality standards. Key Responsibilities Lead development projects from pre-development through construction and project closeout, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, budget, and organizational objectives. Direct multidisciplinary teams of architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and public agencies throughout planning, permitting, design, and construction. Oversee project planning, feasibility studies, conceptual design, site analysis, programming, entitlement, and permitting activities. Develop and manage project budgets, cash flow forecasts, Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) budgets, financial reporting, and funding strategies while monitoring project performance and risk. Review and approve Requests for Information (RFIs), submittals, change orders, construction documents, and contractor requests to ensure compliance with design intent, contractual requirements, and budget constraints. Facilitate Owner-Architect-Contractor (OAC) meetings and provide executive oversight of project schedules, quality control, issue resolution, and construction progress. Establish project delivery standards by maintaining comprehensive documentation, including contracts, permits, drawings, financial records, and regulatory approvals. Coordinate cross-functional communication between development, design, construction, finance, and operations teams to ensure efficient project execution. Lead sustainability initiatives by integrating energy efficiency, water conservation, stormwater management, environmental compliance, and green building strategies into project development. Guide community engagement efforts by collaborating with stakeholders, neighborhood organizations, and public agencies to incorporate community feedback into project planning. Evaluate project risks and develop proactive mitigation strategies to address design, construction, financial, and regulatory challenges. Support organizational leadership with strategic planning, project reporting, development recommendations, and executive presentations. Education Bachelor's degree in Commercial Real Estate Development, Construction Management, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience. Preferred Qualifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar professional experience.

$85,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
