Job Description:
Develops, integrates, and communicates actionable insights from multiple analysis sources, including market research, forecasting, competitive intelligence, and business analytics. Supports the Chief Strategy & Network Integration Officer in due diligence processes related to potential acquisitions or divestitures of healthcare facilities. Provides end-user reports with quality information and actionable insights. Presents analysis and recommendations to senior administration and leadership. Extracts, verifies, compiles, analyzes, and formats data from healthcare industry databases and other sources for planning, decision making, evaluation, and accountability. Builds, maintains, and improves business intelligence and analytics tools across the department and business. Performs other duties as assigned. Trains and provides direction to managers and research analysts, including workload prioritization and review of output. Performs planning research and analysis. Assists in due diligence processes, such as valuation for acquisitions, mergers, or divestitures. Writes and prepares narrative and statistical reports of research findings, including charts, graphs, and tables. Maintains internal and external databases, acquires and retrieves data as necessary, and assists in design and ease of use for end users. Conducts reconciliations and quality assurance of finance data to ensure system data integrity.

Ability to synthesize and integrate actionable insights from results across all analytical methodologies, i.e. market research, market analysis, forecasting, and competitive intelligence [Required] Solid understanding of common market research frameworks and methods with proven ability to lead research projects [Required] Strong problem solving, quantitative and analytical abilities [Required] Ability to mentor, lead, and coach a small team of managers and data analysts while still completing projects of his/her own [Required] Strong ability to plan and manage numerous processes, people and projects simultaneously [Required] Ability to process computer data and to format and generate reports [Required] Ability to create, compose, and edit written materials [Required] Ability to prioritize workloads and give clear direction [Required] Ability to present information and communicate results in an effective manner [Required] Quality focused with attention to detail and accuracy [Required] Excellent communication, collaboration and delegation skills [Required] Ability to use advanced statistical modeling techniques to convert data into actionable market insights [Required] Strong problem-solving skills with ability to think and act strategically [Required] Superb communication skills explaining complex quantitative models to Business Development, Service line Institutes, Marketing, and other Senior Executives within AdventHealth [Required] Achieve defined project goals within customer deadlines; proactively communicate status and escalate issues as needed [Required] Quality-focused with attention to detail and accuracy [Required] Ability to drive impact through quantitative data methodologies such as but not limited to: requirements gathering structured query language, statistical programming, machine learning, probability statistics, data management, statistical analysis, statistical visualization, econometrics, data forecasting. [Required] Ability to drive impact through qualitative research methodologies and tools which may include but is not limited to: observation, contextual inquiry, individual interviews, group sessions, as well as qualitative survey. [Required] Ability to drive secondary research: leveraging online publications, purchased research reports, and in/out of category trends. [Required] Ability to derive and communicate actionable insights from complex qualitative research findings, and basic quantitative data sets. [Required] Able to conduct on-site ethnography and in-hospital contextual interviews, office environments, and in consumers' homes as appropriate to projects. [Required] Working knowledge of Minitab, survey techniques, and research methodology [Preferred] Knowledge in SQL [Preferred]

Field of Study:
in Business Administration, Marketing Research, Statistics, or related field in Business Administration, Statistics, Econometrics, Healthcare, or related field
Work Experience:
5+ experience in a quantitative or computing field such as mathematics, statistics, econometrics or industrial engineering [Required] Demonstrated supervisor experience and ability to manage a team [Required] Experience utilizing advanced statistical, machine learning, and/or data mining techniques [Required]
