Bureau Veritas North America | Oil & Gas Division Bureau Veritas is seeking a Technical Services Director to provide operational leadership, drive business growth, and support the delivery of high-quality technical services across our Oil & Gas division. This role will partner closely with Operations, Sales, and Project Management teams to improve efficiency, strengthen client relationships, support business development efforts, and ensure operational excellence. What We're Looking For A strategic leader with strong operational and financial acumen who can drive performance, develop high-performing teams, and help grow our Oil & Gas business while delivering exceptional client service. Key Responsibilities Lead operational performance, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives. Support and develop Project Managers and technical field teams. Identify opportunities to expand services within existing client accounts. Participate in client meetings, proposals, and business development activities. Lead and support budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and resource planning activities, including developing financial projections, estimating budgets, and forecasting staffing and resource requirements. Monitor KPIs, profitability, utilization, and staffing requirements. Partner with leadership to improve processes, productivity, and business results. Support recruiting, workforce planning, and talent development efforts. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field. 5+ years of leadership experience in the Oil & Gas industry. Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, API, ASME, and related industry standards. Experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and operational management. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
