Bring your curiosity for learning, bold ideas, courage and passion to drive life-changing impact to ZS. : What you'll do: Decision Analytics Consultant in the Insights & Analytic Group will… ZS's Insights & Analytics group partners with clients to design and deliver solutions to help them tackle a broad range of business challenges. Our teams work on multiple projects simultaneously, leveraging advanced data analytics and problem-solving techniques. Our recommendations and solutions are based on rigorous research and analysis underpinned by deep expertise and thought leadership. What You'll Do Leverage Real-World Data (RWD) and Real-World Evidence (RWE) analytics skills to answer questions related to retrospective evidence generation for pharmaceutical clients. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand evidence generation needs and identify the most relevant data sources and analytical methods. Execute structured analyses using patient-level data to generate insights for evidence planning, Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR) studies, and budget impact modeling. Present analytical results in a business-focused, actionable way for internal and external stakeholders. Gain familiarity with client processes, pharmaceutical products and pipeline projects. Develop domain expertise in RWD, RWE, HEOR, and health economics, contributing to talent development and evidence delivery capabilities. Support both the selling and delivery of retrospective evidence generation projects as part of the analytics team. What You'll Bring Advanced degree (Master's, PhD, or equivalent) in a quantitative, analytical, or health-related discipline such as Data Science, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Epidemiology, or HEOR. Publications and advanced research experience are a plus. Strong proficiency in Real-World Data (RWD), Real-World Evidence (RWE), and advanced analytics with experience analyzing patient-level datasets. 5+ years of relevant professional experience in RWD, RWE, HEOR, or related analytics roles. Experience with HEOR, budget impact modeling, and retrospective evidence generation is highly preferred. Industry experience with pharmaceutical clients and ability to work effectively with HEOR scientists. Demonstrated analytic problem-solving skills and a creative, innovative approach to generating insights from complex datasets. Excellent oral and written communication skills, enabling effective influence with senior stakeholders. High motivation, strong work ethic, and ability to collaborate across teams and projects. Aptitude for, and enjoyment of, leading and managing teams. Effective oral and written communication skills that enable personal impact with senior-level decision makers.
