This is not a full-time position . Work will be offered when we have a project, and compensation will be hourly based on the hours required for each project. What You'll Help With Economic and market research Competitor analysis Pricing and demand analysis Business and industry research Data analysis and interpretation Economic forecasting when appropriate Research for new business and product ideas Creating clear reports and recommendations Collaborative Work This is a hands-on, collaborative position. I want to participate in the research and analysis rather than simply receive a finished report. The ideal candidate should be comfortable explaining their methodology, economic reasoning, calculations, data sources, and conclusions while we work together . Qualifications Strong background in economics Professional experience in economic research or analysis Strong quantitative and analytical skills Experience with Excel and data analysis Ability to explain complex economic concepts clearly Good research and communication skills Experience working with businesses or real-world economic problems is preferred Compensation $50-$250+ per hour depending on experience and the project. Hours will be agreed upon before each project begins. For example, if a project is estimated at 30 hours, we will agree on the scope and maximum approved hours before beginning. This is a good opportunity for an experienced economist who enjoys research, solving real-world problems, collaboration, and mentoring while working on practical projects.
