The Analyst will work closely with program offices and integrated teams, conducting data analysis, risk assessments, life-cycle cost analysis, trade studies, and supporting management-level briefings and proposal evaluations. U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret and/or Top Secret clearance are required. Responsibilities Work as part of an Integrated Product Team (IPT) to perform a broad range of cost, economic, analytical, and engineering support activities. Interface directly with program offices, technical teams, and government stakeholders to support program objectives and provide data-driven analysis and recommendations. Conduct cost and economic analyses, including parametric forecasting, weapon system life-cycle cost forecasting, and cost estimating. Analyze complex data sets to identify relationships between costs and key technical, programmatic, and schedule drivers. Perform risk analysis, performance measurement, earned value analysis, cost-benefit analysis, and software cost forecasting. Develop, analyze, and present findings to support management-level briefings and program decision-making. Support strategy development, program scheduling, and market research activities. Assist with the development of evaluation criteria, pre-solicitation documentation, and Request for Proposal (RFP) documentation. Support Independent Program Reviews (IPRs) and related program documentation. Conduct trade studies and provide analytical and subject-matter expertise during proposal evaluations. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop solutions, communicate analytical results, and support informed program decisions.
Skills Required Skills:
Technical & Analytical:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong quantitative and analytical capabilities in data science, forecasting techniques, and cost estimating.
Software Proficiency:
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Microsoft Project, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Teamwork:
Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a team environment.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Operations Research, Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related scientific discipline.
College Coursework:
A minimum of 24 semester hours of college-level coursework, in combination, in Operations Research, Mathematics, Probability, Statistics, Mathematical Logic, Science, Accounting, Finance, Business, or other subject-matter courses requiring substantial competence in college-level mathematics or statistics.
Calculus:
At least 3 semester hours of college-level calculus.
Other:
Must possess, or have the ability to obtain and maintain, a Secret and/or Top Secret security clearance. U.S. citizenship is required.
Work location:
