SUMMARY Coordinates the District response to formal procedural and due process complaints, including the gathering of requested documents and arranging requested interviews with staff. Assists TUSD legal department with Office of Civil Rights (OCR) complaints. Monitors and coordinates any required corrective action connected to formal special education complaints. Responds to and manages special issues and concerns regarding children with special needs from their parents, and from the community.
