As the largest full-service brokerage in the CSRA, we specialize in residential resales, new home construction, property management, relocation, and commercial services. For over 45 years, our clients have trusted us not only for our expertise, but for the genuine care we bring to every transaction. As part of our continued expansion, we are looking to add a highly organized and detail-focused Recording Clerk - Policy Typist to our team. This position plays an essential role in preparing, reviewing, and maintaining accurate policy documentation while ensuring adherence to company standards and regulatory guidelines. The ideal candidate will contribute to the efficient handling of records and support the overall policy processing workflow. Responsibilities Prepare, type, and format policies, endorsements, certificates, and related documents with precision and consistency Review documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal procedures Maintain and update electronic and physical policy records Process incoming and outgoing policy-related correspondence Verify data entries and resolve discrepancies prior to final processing Organize and maintain supporting documentation to ensure proper recordkeeping Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate timely document flow Track updates, amendments, and revisions to policy files Safeguard confidential company and client information at all times Requirements High school diploma or GED required; additional administrative training or certification is a plus Previous experience in clerical support, records management, or policy processing preferred Strong typing skills and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Working knowledge of document control procedures and compliance standards
