Manage project plans, ensuring timely completion of action items and achievement of critical milestones. Review and evaluate programmatic changes through the change management process to determine the financial/budgetary impact on MAC contract requirements and statement of work. Identify, compile, monitor and analyze MAC cost, budget and workload data in order to detect areas of contractor operation performance that may require corrective action. Provide technical support to staff and applies modeling and statistical techniques to forecast financial and key operational performance metrics.
