DUAL North America, Inc. is seeking a CSR I Role overview We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR 1) to join our Team. The CSR 1 will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our agents, policyholders, mortgagees, and others addressing their inquiries, and resolving any issues within the service center scope. Role responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone in a timely and professional manner Assist agents and policyholders with policy information, minimal coverage details, payments, and claim process. Assist agents with system navigation. Including but not limited to policy changes, renewals, cancellations, and reinstatements. Note policies with detailed and accurate information concerning each interaction. Key requirements High School diploma or equivalent. Previous customer service experience. Strong written and verbal communications skills and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle high-stress situations with professionalism and empathy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
