The Policy Services Specialist is responsible for supporting the administration and servicing of insurance policies throughout the policy lifecycle, including submission processing, binding support, inspections, policy changes, endorsements, renewals, cancellations, and policyholder communications. The position also supports the preparation and delivery of policy notices and other required documentation in accordance with company procedures and regulatory requirements. The Policy Services Specialist works directly with brokers, policyholders, underwriters, and internal departments to respond to service requests, resolve routine issues, and maintain accurate policy records on a timely basis.
