Job Description

We are hiring a Regulatory Analyst - Hybrid for one of our clients in Trenton, NJ.
Job Description:
Review and analyze newly introduced legislation affecting DPMC's authority Legal research related to statutory and regulatory amendments and construction and design industry policy issues Research and draft proposed new regulations and amendments to regulations with impact to DPMC or its stakeholders Manage legal and administrative review process for new or amended regulations Work towards expertise in DPMC's policy objectives to ensure cohesion with regulation and published policies Research and draft publications, guidance documents, fact sheets and reports related to DPMC policy objectives Aid in the development of training materials and interactive education sessions on regulatory matters Collaborate and foster DPMC stakeholder and Treasury and external partner relationships Planning and participating in conferences, public hearings, listening sessions, and other public events.
Education required:
Undergraduate degree minimum 2-4 years of experience in legislative/regulatory affairs and/or administrative law and/or regulatory compliance program management Work hours: 8-4 or 9-5
