Overview Join our dynamic team as a Licensed P&C Servicing Agent and become a vital part of delivering exceptional insurance service experiences! In this role, you will handle policy servicing tasks, assist clients with their insurance needs, and ensure compliance with licensing requirements. Responsibilities Manage policy servicing requests, including updates, endorsements, and cancellations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Provide expert guidance to clients regarding their insurance policies, coverage options, and claim procedures. Process policy renewals and assist clients in understanding their coverage to promote satisfaction and retention. Collaborate with underwriting teams to review applications and support risk assessment processes. Document all client interactions thoroughly within the company's CRM system for transparency and record-keeping. Support team members with administrative tasks related to policy servicing and licensing renewals as needed. Requirements Valid state-specific P&C (Property & Casualty) insurance license required; must be active and maintained throughout employment. Proven experience in insurance policy servicing or customer support within the P&C sector preferred. Strong knowledge of insurance products, policies, and regulatory compliance standards. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly and confidently. Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
