Role Summary :
The IAM Analyst is responsible for supporting the organization's identity and access management program by performing day-to-day IAM tasks, assisting with audit requirements, and managing user accounts across various applications. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of IAM infrastructure, who can review and process access requests, ensure compliance, and contribute to the continuous improvement of security practices.
What You Will Do:
+ Provision, modify, and de-provision user accounts and access rights across multiple applications and platforms, including mainframe, cloud, and enterprise systems.
+ Perform user ID provisioning and access administration for security tools and applications, ensuring adherence to established security policies and procedures.
+ Capture and record security event logging records related to IAM activities for subsequent review and compliance reporting.
+ Review and process access requests, ensuring appropriate approvals and alignment with the principle of least privilege.
+ Assist with internal and external audit requirements by providing evidence of access controls, user provisioning, and security event logs.
+ Respond to audit questions related to IAM processes and system security, and support security improvement initiatives to meet audit and regulatory requirements.
+ Participate in the planning, coordination, and implementation of IAM solutions and improvements.
+ Communicate effectively with stakeholders to clarify access requirements and resolve access-related issues.
+ Document and maintain procedures for IAM operations and access management.
