Control number 869001600 This job is open to Help The public U.S. Citizens, Nionals or those who owe allegiance to the U.S. Clarificion from the agency All U.S. Citizens Duties Help Serves as a Senior Budget Analyst in preparing presention of Agency budget estimes to management, OSD, OMB, and Congress. Responsible for formuling, developing, planning, presenting, executing and controlling appropried and reimbursable fund programs for the Agency opering budget. Advises management regarding procedures and methods to be used for budget formulion/execution, and resolves problems on interpretion of DoD and DCAA policy and guidance. Responsible for monitoring assigned portion of agency funds availability, distribution, justificion, and adjustment. Provides management with stus reports concerning financial trends and resource utilizion. Analyzes and interprets budgetary policies and guidance from the Office of Secretary of Defense (OSD) in formuling and developing DCAA's budget submissions in support of the audit mission, programs, and objectives. Specialized experience is defined as:
performing a variety of analytical and technical budget functions, i.e., budget formulion, justificion, presention, execution, and review of financial stus.
