As an Associate Insurance Services Analyst , you will contribute to a team with a long history of industry expertise while building your own foundation for a successful insurance career. Reporting to the Vice President of Insurance Services, the Associate Insurance Services Analyst supports the research, analysis, and implementation of policy, regulatory, and product updates across multiple lines of business. This role offers the opportunity to make an impact while developing the technical knowledge and business skills needed to grow within the insurance industry. What You'll Be Doing As an Associate Insurance Services Analyst , you will: Research and draft policy language and supporting documentation for management review. Review bureau publications from organizations such as NCCI, ISO, and independent state bureaus to evaluate impacts on insurance products. Analyze statutes, regulations, and industry bulletins to identify coverage, compliance, and competitive considerations. Monitor state regulatory developments and support updates needed to maintain compliance and operational effectiveness. Collaborate with internal teams on product updates, regulatory initiatives, process improvements, and system enhancements. Provide research, analysis, and recommendations related to policy forms, bureau filings, and insurance compliance matters. Develop and maintain procedures and reference materials that improve consistency and efficiency. Support the Insurance Services team while continuing to expand your knowledge and expertise as an Associate Insurance Services Analyst . What You'll Bring Bachelor's degree in Risk & Insurance, Business Administration, or a related field. Commercial lines casualty product development or casualty underwriting experience is preferred. Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and accurate proofreading abilities. Ability to organize work, manage priorities, and work independently in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office applications, and business computer systems. Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
