Skills:

Proven background in program evaluation, policy analysis, or public administration Strong analytical, writing, and presentation skills Knowledge of state or federal nutrition programs, public health policies, or eligibility systems preferred Ability to build collaborative working relationships with cross-functional teams and external organizations Excellent project management abilities and high attention to detail
