Job Description Senior Intelligence Planner Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Intelligence Planner to join our dynamic team. The Senior Intelligence Planner will play a critical role in developing, coordinating, and executing intelligence plans to support national defense and security objectives. This position requires a deep understanding of intelligence processes, strategic planning, and the ability to work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain comprehensive intelligence plans that align with strategic objectives and operational requirements. Coordinate with intelligence, military, and civilian agencies to ensure integrated and synchronized intelligence support. Analyze complex intelligence data to identify trends, threats, and opportunities, and provide actionable insights to decision-makers. Lead intelligence planning teams in the development of concept of operations (CONOPS) and course of action (COA) analyses. Ensure compliance with intelligence community policies, procedures, and best practices. Mentor and guide junior intelligence planners and analysts. Prepare briefing materials and presentations for senior leadership.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in International Relations, Political Science, Security Studies, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. Minimum of 8 years of experience in intelligence planning, preferably in a military or national security context. Demonstrated expertise in intelligence planning methodologies and tools. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. U.S. citizenship required. Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with polygraph required.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with joint and coalition intelligence operations. Familiarity with intelligence community directives and guidance. Knowledge of current global threats and geopolitical dynamics.
