is seeking a Mid-Level HUMINT Network Developer Analyst to support DIA Directorate for Operations missions by developing, analyzing, and documenting networks relevant to HUMINT collection and operational planning. The analyst will integrate intelligence information, identify key relationships and vulnerabilities, and produce network-focused analysis that enables collectors, planners, and decision-makers. Responsibilities Develop and maintain network models that identify entities, relationships, key nodes, access points, vulnerabilities, and intelligence gaps relevant to HUMINT operations. Integrate information from authorized intelligence holdings and operational reporting to support network characterization and mission planning. Conduct link, pattern, and network analysis and translate findings into clear written, graphical, visual, and verbal products. Support the identification and prioritization of collection opportunities and provide analytic input to operational planning and targeting activities. Coordinate with HUMINT collectors, targeting officers, collection managers, analysts, and other mission partners to validate assumptions and refine network assessments. Maintain supporting data, sourcing, and documentation in accordance with applicable Intelligence Community and DoD standards. Prepare briefings, network diagrams, research summaries, and responses to Government requests. Apply Government-approved network exploitation tools, methods, and tradecraft to assigned mission problems. Qualifications 8 years' experience in HUMINT, intelligence analysis, network development, network exploitation, targeting, or a closely related intelligence discipline. Active TS/SCI with ability to obtain a CI Polygraph (TS/SCI CI Poly clearance preferred.) Demonstrated ability to integrate multiple sources of information and identify relationships, patterns, intelligence gaps, and operational opportunities. Experience producing network diagrams and written analytic products for operational customers. Ability to perform mid-level work with limited supervision and coordinate effectively across mission teams. Work is performed in support of DIA Directorate for Operations mission requirements and may involve classified systems and information. Must comply with applicable DoD, DIA, Intelligence Community, security, records-management, and information-handling requirements. Must be able to work independently in a high-tempo operational environment, manage competing priorities, and meet Government-directed timelines. Must communicate clearly in English, both orally and in writing, and produce accurate, properly formatted deliverables. May be required to attend Government-approved functional training, workshops, meetings, or conferences and to perform other related duties as assigned. Preferred Qualifications Completion of NSA Network Exploitation Training Activity training or equivalent. Experience directly supporting HUMINT collectors or operational targeting. Experience with Government-approved link-analysis, network-analysis, geospatial, or data-visualization tools.
